Park Residency Kodungallur

I stayed at Hotel Park Residency, Kodungallur for 3 days and had a truly comfortable and relaxing experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained with all the basic amenities. The staff was very polite and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location is convenient — close to major spots in Kodungallur yet peaceful. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. I especially appreciated the prompt room service and overall hygiene standards. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kodungallur — whether for a short trip or a longer stay. Great value for money!

Stayed at Park Residency and had a great experience! The room was just the right size for two people and was spotless – seriously clean. The price was very reasonable, especially considering how well-located the place is. It’s close to everything you need, which made getting around super easy. Definitely a solid choice if you're looking for a clean, comfy stay in a prime spot without spending too much.

We booked two rooms for a family stay, but what we found was nothing short of a nightmare. The main part of this "hotel" seems to be a public drinking hall, with both AC and non-AC bars packed with local drinkers. The atmosphere was completely inappropriate and unsafe for families. The situation turned terrifying when the hotel's security guard, who seemed to be drunk himself, started shouting at us and violently hitting our car window. This behavior scared my child and forced us to leave immediately. I have no idea how this establishment received a 3-star rating. It felt more like a rundown bar than a hotel. We contacted Agoda immediately, who promised a refund, but we have yet to receive any resolution. This was a truly awful and dangerous experience. Avoid at all costs.
