Park Safari Resort

Absolutely loved my stay at Park Safari Resort! The rooms were clean, the staffs were super warm and helpful, and the peaceful river vibes made it feel like a perfect escape. The pool and garden area were a cherry on top. Would definitely go back!

Located at Sauraha. It’s got a nice ambience. The rooms located at the river side had nice views. The staff were friendly and responsive. The service was great. The rooms were not as expected. The room hygiene should be focused. The AC in the room was not working repeatedly. The bedsheets were not cleaned properly. The food tasted good and the quality of the food was also nice. The parking was huge, there’s no any issue on the parking. They offer Jungle Safari, elephant safari and jeep safari packages.

I was quite disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I found the room to have a strong, unpleasant odor. I requested a room change, but the staff declined to accommodate this and merely sprayed air freshener in an attempt to mask the smell, which was ineffective and unprofessional. Additionally, I was staying on New Year’s Eve and was informed at check-in that a live music performance would conclude by 10 PM. Unfortunately, the event continued until midnight, disrupting my plans for a quiet evening and rest. The lack of clear communication and poor service significantly impacted my experience. I expected better hospitality and service for the price paid.
