From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, always greeting me with a smile and offering help before I even had to ask. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. Every detail, from the comfortable bed to the impeccable service, reflected the hotel’s commitment to excellence. The location was convenient, yet peaceful, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a relaxing retreat. What truly stood out was the warm, personal touch — I wasn’t just another guest, I felt like part of the family. I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable, worry-free stay.
I didn't give a 5 star rating due to the dated decor in the room. Air conditioning unit in the room was very noisy, and the mini fridge was rusty. House keep provide us with clean bed linen and clean towels everyday but the floor was never swept in the 10 days we were there. I had to do it myself. We were out and about from 8am most days till late everyday so i didn't complain to reception as we only needed a place to sleep. The location of the hotel is perfect as it was 2 minutes' walk to the train station and 30 minutes walk to the time square. There are many different eating establishments nearby. Reception and the door man ( Chuck ) deserves 5 🌟 as they made me feel welcome and very friendly like we knew each other prior to coming to hotel. Would i go to this hotel again... ( yes).
Stayed at the Park South Hotel recently and had a mixed experience. The location is solid and check-in was smooth. Customer service was a standout—staff were friendly and helpful, especially the doorman, who made us feel welcome right away. My World of Hyatt perks were honored correctly, which was appreciated. That said, the rooms definitely show their age. They're small and outdated, with very limited storage. The bathroom was especially tight—virtually no counter space or storage, and the shower leaked water all over the floor. Also, the toilet paper quality was surprisingly poor, which felt like an odd corner to cut. Despite these issues, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which helped balance things out. I didn’t get a chance to check out the rooftop bar, but heard it’s a highlight of the property. Overall, a decent stay if you prioritize service and don’t mind tight quarters—but don’t expect luxury or modern amenities.
