I had a wonderful stay at Hotel, but what stood out the most was the exceptional service in the cafeteria. Micaela and entire staff went above and beyond to make sure my breakfast was perfect. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made my experience unforgettable. Thank you, Micaela, for making my stay extra special!
Mold on shower, bathroom leaks, streaming didn’t work the whole stay, technicians rude and front desk not willing to please platinum members. Not a luxury experience. Guest relations manager was great (Maria Julia) However location is great, doorman very friendly and willing to help, food was very good and the room was very nice.
