We stayed in Gubelhof Suits for 6 months. The residence is located excellently, very close to the train station, to the stores in Metalli Zug & post office; anything critical basically. Our apartment was decorated very tastefully and contemporary, it felt like a very comfortable boutique design hotel. The apartment was kept very clean and the housekeeping team was very receptive to individual requests. The cafe downstairs is probably one of the hippest places in town with a very friendly service team and nice offerings. But what made the difference is the manager Joanna who was accessible all the time with a very positive, professional and can do attitude. Thanks for making us feel home.
I’ve moved to CH and lived at Gubelhof Suites for 3.5 mths. The reasons I gave 5 stars are simple: SERVICE and LOCATION. I could count on the spetacular attendance from Johanna that has always reacted quickly to my doubts and requests. Besides, you are too close to train station, mall, supermarketS, restaurants and the LAKE. At last, the apartment was very functional, nice and the weekly cleaning makes a lot of difference. I strongly recommend Gulbelhof Suites for anyone that is moving to Zug or nearby cantons, need to work from the region for few months or visiting the Central Switzerland.

Service: Exceptional service from the moment we checked in. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Their attentiveness and prompt response to our needs was truly commendable. Location: Perfectly situated in Zug, next to Mettali, the location offered easy access to the train and shops in the area - we appreciated the convenience. Overall: Our stay was nothing short of amazing. This accommodation exceeded our expectations and we are grateful for the wonderful experience. Highly recommended to anyone looking for top-notch comfort and location.
