The holiday stay was amazing. The rooms are nice, clean, daily house keeping. The beds were comfortable! Very friendly staff.
The staff are wonderful and the location is great. The beds were super comfy but rooms could do with a spruce up. Curtain was really dirty. Bathroom door broken. Just generally felt rundown. But for a quick trip close to everything, it's great value
Reasonable for the price. A 3 star hotel. Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Decor in need of modernising. Very disappointed with the pool. In advertised photos the pool looks inviting and pristine. Not what you get! It was empty and dirty. Parkhaven please do not advertise something you’re not providing. Wifi not good either!
