Parkhotel and Congress Center Pilsen

The hotel is right on the outskirts of Pilsen, but this means it is very peaceful and relaxing. The hotel is large and spacious and can feel a bit cavernous, while the mix of guests means that some parts can be surprisingly quiet. Our room, a junior suite, was huge and gave us lots of room to spread out. The pool was really nice and there were only 4 of us there when we used it. My main course in the restaurant on the evening we ate there was one of the best meals of our holiday and good value. We also had a nice light lunch near the pool. Breakfast was OK, but the staff struggled to keep up with re-stocking the buffet and the cooked food was not really warm enough.

Good Location near the city center. Food is okay. Rooms are clean.

Impossible to sleep at night due to very loud and not respectful youth groups staying there (similar to a hostel). Rooms are not blocking the noise, no checks by hotel staff were done during the night by themselves even though they know that such groups are staying there.
