Perfect location for a short relaxing weekend getaway. Right next to the thermals and the restaurant serves the best German food I have had in 11 years of living here!! Fabulous wine list too. All at a good price. This will become a regular thing for us, for sure!!

I'm thrilled! The room is clean and bright, the bathroom is modern, and there's even a balcony with large windows for airing out the room. The mattress on the bed is perfect for me; finally, it's not saggy and stuffy. The surroundings are beautifully quiet and close to the spa gardens and thermal baths. The hotel's restaurant may be a bit pricey, but it's excellent quality. The staff is very polite and accommodating. I'd be happy to come back! Breakfast and a visit to the thermal baths are included in the price—what more could you want?

Nice hotel, great location, but not 4 stars for me because: - Carpeting in the rooms (hygiene) - The curtains don't reach the floor, so they don't provide a good night's sleep - The elevator can be heard even three rooms away - Toilets not at a senior-friendly height - Attention to detail is lacking: e.g., clearly broken towels are hung in the bathroom, bed linen (pillows) have holes in them, and cocktails are offered (they taste like a ready-made product) - There is no bar for relaxing in the evening - There is no minibar Top: - Staff is friendly and attentive - The buffet is restocked instead of being overstocked, a very nice resource-saving idea - Beautiful view of the greenery at breakfast - Eggs are prepared to order upon request - There are packages including massages if booked "in advance" (longer notice) - It's a Therma Plus hotel It was a relaxing break, we'll definitely come back.
