Hotel is pretty decent. Rooms are of decent size too but very dated. Staff is good. Breakfast is good. Hotel location is a bit of disappointment specially at night. This is one off rest all is good with the hotel.
Dated and tired hotel. Not dirty or unclean in any way, but could do with some modernisation and a lick of paint just to freshen the whole place up. Salzburg seems an expensive city, so maybe this is why I was slightly disappointed with what we got for our money. Nothing specific, headboard "fake leather" was cracked, TV was old and didn't have smart TV capabilities, shower leaked, that kind of thing.
Spent 3 nights here. The hotel is dated and reminds me of crossroads in the 70/80’s. Whilst a quiet hotel there are lots of sounds of doors banging in the night. On site restaurant only has 4 options on the menu so can be challenging. It’s a short walk though into town 1.1km, easily done in 20 minutes. Would not be one I would use again.
