Stay was average, nothing memorable but no complaints either. Room had a nice balcony. Underground parking will not accommodate low cars, had to park in public parking nearby.
The lady at the reception was unusually bored to help as we did not have a reservation . Asked upon checking in if there was breakfast at the hotel she declined. She even declined the hotel had anything to drink except for a water and beer from the dispenser at the lobby. The room is big - in need of a contemporary upgrade. 10th floor with balcony. 13th floor with breakfast and restaurant where you can order a drink as well. Staying at hotels for around a month per year i can tell the hotel is okay , the receptionist needs a vacation.
I had an issue and couldn't reach the hotel the day planned. When I asked the management to move my booking to another day, they refused. I had to pay the room without any other posibility. Do not recomend
