I had a lovely experience staying here and have no complaints. The staff was very friendly, and the upstairs restaurant did an outstanding job catering to a large crowd — the food was great. Watching the waiters and waitresses work was like watching an art form in motion, kudos to them! The hotel is a great place to stay in Pforzheim and is highly capable of organizing conferences for large groups. Bonus points for the bed being very comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. 👍
Very friendly and professional service. The rooms were clean, and the water pressure was great! I asked for an iron and an ironing board, and they were delivered promptly to my room.
The Parkhotel auf Pforzheim is a very beautiful hotel. With a great view of the near river and very well located. The personnel is very kind and attentive and makes you feel very comfortable at the premises. The only thing that I hate and that's why give the hotel a single star is that all the glasses destined to water or juice stink. Like really stink, like they only rinsed them with recycled water instead of cleaning them properly. Very unpleasant.
