I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly hardworking, sweet, and always helpful. The hotel itself was gorgeous and perfectly located. The pools were big, clean, and so refreshing—I especially enjoyed the saltwater pool. The food was delicious, with plenty of variety and great quality. Overall, a truly amazing experience that I’d love to come back to!

A truly wonderful stay. I’m very satisfied with the service – the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk, where everyone was warm, professional, and welcoming. The entire atmosphere of the hotel is calm, relaxed, and incredibly comfortable. The facilities are excellent: a well-equipped gym, a great spa, several comfortable lounge areas, and lovely lobby restaurants. The pools are impressive in both size and variety — including a saltwater pool. The hotel is located right on the beach, so it’s possible to relax directly by the sea, which adds a special touch to the experience. For those who enjoy it, there are even luxury shops on-site. The only downside for me was the breakfast dining area. While the food itself is outstanding – fresh, abundant, beautifully cooked, and even includes champagne and high-quality coffee served at the table – the buffet room feels very much like a traditional dining hall. The ceiling is a bit low, and the overall atmosphere lacks the pleasant, relaxed feeling you want to start your morning with. Still, the overall experience was excellent, and the kindness of the staff truly makes this hotel stand out. Highly recommended.

Very few activities in the gym - weekday classes e.g. Pilates are often one hour before breakfast shuts, so it is no surprise that fewer than 5 people attend class. Capacity for a class is 10. The gym and weights & stretch studio are well resourced but the ac was just not cool enough. Ambient music could be more relaxing in the studio, not the loud, pumping beats of the gym room. The young staff in the fitness area were knowledgable, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is delectable - fresh and varied. Staff are inconsistent and it wasn’t obvious to us what drinks we could order until the manager was on duty and staff became a lot more responsive. Great service from the omelette counter, Stefan the manager and Napa was kind and attentive - making you feel valued as a guest. At the pool, service was varied. A special thanks to Karthik for being helpful and responsive. The games rooms were well stocked and the 360 VR experience was ok if abit outdated (2019 tech). Rooms are lovely, great coffee and the toiletries are incredible. The tv was frustratingly out dated technology - I was advised by concierge (who were always responsive and polite) that mirroring did not work on Apple devices. There was no Netflix app and the internet option didn’t work. TV info on hotel resources and programmes was sparse or non existent, with only a title page for each facility. The grounds are perfect, however security is lax - on our way back from the Golden Monkey restaurant one night, we were able to walk off the beach and right up to our room - no staff to check and no room card needed for the lifts. Overall a fantastic experience, which I would return to again, but please look into more entertainment for teens and more day to day fitness studio sessions - ideally before 9am or late afternoon.
