Parklane Resort and Spa

This plqce is very gourgeus and the food in the restaraunt is just amazing, inordered the veal cutlets, and they felt so soft they just cumbled in your mouth. The rooms are very clean and very affordable aswell, the beds are extremly comfortabole, and the staff is very freindly twords us when we needed an extreme room change.

One of be best hotels I've seen. Spa zone with 25m swimming pool is awesome. Located in a beautiful park in the middle of Krestovskiy ostrov 2 minutes away from the subway station, so transportation will not be a problem at all. Restaurant is a bit overpriced.

I was 3 days, the internet is very poor. The breakfast very poor and the last day we where in the restaurant at 9:20 a.m nothing to eat and we ate 2 o 3 things when we finished some staff told us that in 5 minutos you can eat what you want, but was too late. Around 11:00 my husband was walking around the hotel and when he take the elevator o surprise the card had been deactivated and he was locked into the elevator. Through the glass he could call some body to open. If the checkout is at 12:00 why the hotel deactivated the card? And the internet? . Why the services had been cut before checkout ?
