🌟 Outstanding Stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION – Truly 5-Star Service! 🌟 I absolutely loved my stay at PARKROYAL COLLECTION Kuala Lumpur. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and understanding. After a long 17-hour journey, we were so grateful to be offered an early check-in, which we really appreciated The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for our family. We loved the breakfast buffet — a massive variety of dishes that even catered to my fussy kids. Everything was fresh and well presented. The staff deserve special mention — always smiling, attentive, and quick to assist with anything. On our last morning, we had to leave at 6am for a domestic flight, and they thoughtfully arranged a takeaway breakfast with more than enough food. They even made sure to include waffles just for my son, who’s particular about what he eats. That kind of detail and care says everything about their service. Location-wise, it’s excellent — within walking distance to Pavilion Mall, Lot 10, Fahrenheit, and even the night markets. A big thank you to the team at PARKROYAL COLLECTION for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting KL!

Stayed for three nights in July. On entering level 4, the whole floor smelled very musty/mouldy. It was the same inside the room. This was the worst part of the stay. The decor was nice and the room was relatively clean with some mould in shower corners. It's good to have a water filter in each room. Staff very friendly but room service sometimes wasn't completed until 4-6pm. Good location, short distance to Pavilion and Lot 10.

I like the fact that the hotel caters to its costumers. They did decorations for our wedding anniversary and even provided a delicious cake with a heartfelt message. The gym is nice and well equipped! However, our room on level 5 smells so bad! I don’t know if it’s the smell of dampness or chemicals from the wall materials. I had to put up this smell the whole night and it seriously ruined my sleep! They sent someone to spray air fresher but surely it didn’t help. I saw some people made the same comment. The safe, fridge, coffee and tea are hidden in the wall, look carefully otherwise you might miss it. Will I come back? Probably not. I will go back to Capri Hotel. No odd smell at all!
