Parkroyal Darling Harbour Sydney

This should be a 5-star hotel! We loved the services we received since the time we checked in with Gene and that other gentleman. We are a group of 12, arrived late coming in from the airport so it was extremely nice that they took care of us expeditiously and promptly at check in so we could get to our rooms. While at Breakers, Johnny was so generously hospitable, very friendly! Earl and Khayla took care of us exceptionally!! We had our coffees waiting for us at our tables, and came to check to see if all was well even for refills. We loved the different and healthier options available for us here. Super excellent and highly recommended!

The conference room allocated was perfect for the number of people and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Everything I needed for my training was available and I didn't have to look for someone to help me when I needed help which was rarely because the C&E team prepared all that would be needed and someone was always available if I need their help. Exceptional customer service experience. I am a Customer Service trainer so I identified everything that I train people in when it comes to providing not just good customer service but exceptional customer service experience. Awesome job Park Royal!!!

Perfect Family Stay at ParkRoyal Darling Harbour! We travelled as a family of four, including our two kids under 13, and had an amazing stay. Fantastic service, spotless rooms, and the friendliest staff made us feel right at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with something for everyone. The hotel’s prime location made it super easy to get anywhere in Sydney. Couldn’t fault a thing. We’ll definitely be back!
