Parkroyal Monash Melbourne

I had an excellent stay at PARKROYAL Monash and couldn’t be more impressed with the overall experience. From the moment I walked in, the front office team made me feel genuinely welcome. A big shout-out to Garry, Vin, Achini, and Dinu. Each of them was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth. Check-in and check-out were seamless and handled efficiently, which made a big difference after a long day. The front office team were not only helpful with the process but also provided great local tips and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Their warmth and attentiveness really stood out. The room was spotless and well-presented, thanks to the excellent housekeeping and cleanliness throughout the hotel. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety and fresh options. The dining experience in general was great, quality food with good service. The location is very convenient, especially if you're in the Monash area for business or events. Overall, it was a short but memorable stay, made even better by the incredible staff. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend PARKROYAL Monash to anyone visiting the area.

I ran a training session for a client at one of their conference rooms. Nice view of Princes Highway from the reception floor. Connected to the M1 shopping centre on Blackburn Road so it should be a great place to stay and get groceries, shopping and good Asian food.

Handy location for our needs, located on top of M-Central shopping Centre so that is quite handy. Hotel staff were friendly, we had a family suite which provided ample space. Bathroom was large, bedding was comfortable. Hotel breakfast was good, I recommend getting your coffee from the bar instead of the automatic machines, 300% better.
