Parkroyal On Beach Road Singapore

I recently stayed at PARKROYAL on Beach Road for two nights with my wife, and it was a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional, especially from Mia at the Club Lounge. Her warm smile, friendly attitude, and helpful advice about places to visit in Singapore made a big difference for us as first-time visitors. Although we spent most of our days exploring the city and unfortunately missed the cocktail hour and daily refreshments at the lounge, we still felt very well taken care of. The level of service throughout our stay made us feel completely at home, like a second home, in fact. A big thank you to Mia and the entire Club Lounge team, you are all fantastic! Keep up the amazing work!

Great location. Lots of food options opposite the road. Just one station away from the National Stadium. The room is very comfortable and of a nice size. The mattress and sheets are wonderfully comfy. It has been recently refurbished. Service is good. The receptionist was very helpful.

My first impression was this is a quality hotel, well-presented and friendly staff. However unfortunately the rooms are extremely noisy due to their poor construction. I have stayed for 1 week and not had a decent night sleep or even managed to have a quiet afternoon nap. Firstly noise within the hotel. You can hear everything that is going on in the surrounding rooms and corridor. The worst is I can hear every bathroom activity from the guest in the room above, and the drainpipes are running down the wall next to my bed. Closing/slamming of doors in adjacent rooms shakes my walls and conversations in the corridor or adjacent rooms sound like they are taking place inside my room. Secondly outside noise. There is constant construction going on, seems to be 24hrs a day, with jack-hammering and incessant beeping of trucks/machinery. At night there is the pleasure of loud disco music from Magic Carpet and Club 5. The only positives are the bed is very comfortable and the blockout curtains are effective at keeping the light out. However if you want a place to have a quiet rest, this is not the hotel for you.
