Parkroyal Serviced Suites Jakarta

I stayed at Park Royal for 5 days and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is very strategic — close to central Jakarta and easy to reach by public transportation. It’s a great option for both business trips and short stays. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay relaxing despite being in a busy area. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Breakfast was decent, with a fair selection of food. However, I would suggest adding more variety to the breakfast menu, especially for guests staying multiple days, to make the experience even better. All in all, it was a satisfying stay and I would consider coming back in the future.

Design is nice. The rooms are big, confortable and have coffee, tea and water. Breakfast is great with enough choice, hot dishes tend to be a bit cold after 9 am. There's a gym, sauna and swimming pool on 71. It was almost empty, just a person or two. Staff is nice and helpful and the location is good too, some things to do and visit around. Value is great for the price. I would come back.

After almost one full month of traveling around Java which was pretty taxing, we were looking for a place that can give us comfort and space to feel rested and we found this property to be a perfect fit. The location is exceptionally strategic, ideally situated for both leisure and business, with easy access to the city’s key attractions and essentials. What truly stood out was the layout and functionality of the suite. The space is impressively generous, thoughtfully designed, and well-equipped with all the conveniences of home. From the in-room washing machine to the dining table, sofa, working desk, and fully appointed kitchen, everything has been curated to support a longer, more comfortable stay. The amenities are modern yet understated, making the entire experience feel both effortless and elevated. What we appreciated most was the feeling of being at ease from the moment we arrived. It’s the kind of place where you can unpack, settle in, and genuinely imagine yourself living. Me and my partner often found ourselves saying, “We could stay here much longer.” We look forward to returning, to enjoy the pool and the gym on our next stay cause we didn’t manage to fully explore the area despite staying for four nights! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PARKROYAL Serviced Suites to fellow travelers who value space, privacy, and a home-away-from-home atmosphere in the heart of the city.
