When I read some of the reviews I was very reluctant to book, but I had no choice because I have a family member at the hospital next door and I needed to be within a walking distance. To my surprise, the hotel is very nice, rooms are clean and spacious, and have all the toiletries. The only thing I can complain about is the check in time (3 PM) and when I asked for early check in they only gave me 1 hr and same for late checkout, although the occupancy was extremely low. I read some negative reviews about the staff, it is true, especially the ones at the reception, except for a young man called Yousuf.
1 Not safe for a woman with a baby 2 they are not responsible or respectfull 3 if someone give to the security 10 dollar they can enter in to ur room 4 I hope they close this hotel no safe 5 the cleaning personal stole my shoes
an absolute disgrace of a management. no functioning internet. no prior warning of noisy construction works. no prior warning of rate changes - avoid this place by all means
