I'd like to extend my gratitude to Charles, my exceptional Uber driver, for making my experience truly wonderful. His priority on safety and valuable advice were greatly appreciated. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous, and I appreciated . My hotel room was clean, secure, and comfortable. The food was also delicious! One minor suggestion for improvement would be the lights . Gone off in on. However, overall, my stay was enjoyable, and I look forward to returning soon! Thank you again, Charles, keep up the great work you are wonderful and We thank you y’all for everything, and I love The idea that they have a store right next to the hotel, thank everyone in the store for being so nice to us in We also thank the security guard to , to the entire hotel team for a pleasant experience We Thank you !"
Only two good things to note, good (but pricey) airport pickup, and was able to arrange an early check-in. For a supposedly 4-star hotel in Ikoyi, PAH leaves so much to be desired. Was first placed in a room with mosquitoes and crawling insects. The AC was very noisy, the towels were faded and worse, the water from the taps was very salty. Although my room was changed to a much better room after complaints, it was very disappointing that they had better options even for the same room type I initially booked. Once I was dressing up, one of the staff knocked, didn't wait for an answer and immediately attempted to open the door. I was only lucky to be close to the door and pushed back! For a room booked for two guests, breakfast is served for only one person, the portion was quite miserly and wasn't tasty. Worth noting, you'll always need to obtain a one-time access code for every entry into the estate where the hotel is located. I found this very discomforting. A reusable access code that lasts the duration of the stay would be a better option. Also, the hotel doesn't have an elevator, which is worth considering for anyone with mobility concerns.
This hotel is situated in a nice and safe environment, said to say, that's the only good thing about it from my experience. I usually don't give negative reviews, however after lodging here recently, I couldn't help but agree with ALL the negative reviews I read here. Poor food, poor, cigarette-smelly room (mine), tiny car park space etc. The Manager was however jovial, maybe from knowing his hotel was never a 4-star hotel as shown on this app. This should be a 2 at most 3-star hotel. Advice: Focus more on providing a satisfactory service for your customers instead of desperately trying to maximize profit with every single service. To sum up my experience in one word; Embarrassing!
