南京著名的“老字号”饭店，始建于1933年，前身为民国的“首都饭店”，是当时最富盛名的饭店，系国民政府军政要员及外国使节下榻休憩和社交会友的主要场所，历史悠久绵长，文化底蕴深厚，是江苏省省级文物保护单位。客房主要分布在三栋楼——民国楼、贵宾楼、迎宾楼。客房显老旧，但配套齐全，价格实惠。服务高高在上，毕竟是“军字号”的饭店嘛！
