ParkView Hotel

I stayed at Park View Hotel for 2 nights. This was my first time in Hue and the hotel staff welcomed me warmly and cheerfully. Everything was very good, the room was clean, the breakfast was delicious. However, the reception hall was a bit hot. I was very impressed and thanked Mr. Lan and Ms. Thi for their warm and cheerful help during my stay at the hotel. I will return to Hue with my family and stay at the hotel.

We were made to feel welcome from when we first arrived. The room was clean of a good standard with good facilities, although no black teabags, just green tea. The Customer service was very good bordering on exceptional at times. Organised a couple of in house massages through the helpful reception staff, who were extremely professional and enjoyable to interact with. The reception staff always greeted with a smile, were always friendly, accommodating and could not do enough to assist. The location was central to most things and it Cyclo's were available to get around the city. I would recommend this hotel be considered if visiting Hue.

Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was nice, up on the 9th floor, air conditioned with good views and lots of food options. Staff were helpful and professional. Decent location. Most of the hotel public spaces didn’t have AC so it was very hot and (being from the UK) too hot to sit in the lounge areas. The pool area isn’t very nice (very busy and lots of concrete) and constantly had children’s swimming lessons so we couldn’t go in and some of the men there stared at me and my friend, it was quite uncomfortable.
