Stayed 8 nights and had a great stay. The team at the reception was very polite, nice, welcoming, professional and helpful. The room was big and well equipped, the bathroom was great with good products. The room had a fridge, a coffee machine and a water dispenser/purifier. The location is great to explore the city (5 minutes away from a MRT station with the yellow and the green lines). Great experience and would definitely go back there for another stay.
Stayed for 9D and had a wonderful experience. The service provided by the hotel staff was excellent. They were courteous and helpful. Breakfast at Cafe 49 was a delightful way to start the day even with a simple spread. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. I also found the hotel’s location convenient, with good connectivity to major tourist attractions in the area. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Highly recommended!
The hotel was very nice and the design was great for the size of the room. When we arrived, we were greeted by very attentative and welcoming hotel personnel. They were thoughtful and made sure we were taken care-of. We had to go to the doctor to deal with an injury and the staff were able to quickly find an English speaking clinic and a taxi. For the cost, level of service, kindness and location; this has been a great experience. I can whole heartily recommend this hotel to anyone from anywhere; that is looking for a great place to stay in Taipei.
