Parliament Hotel & Restaurant

I visited Baku from Egypt and had a great stay at Parliament Hotel. The location is perfect — near the Old City, shops, and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with many options, and the hotel was quiet and relaxing. I felt very welcome here. I had a wonderful stay at Parliament Hotel in Baku. The location is perfect, right in the city center, which makes it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The rooms are spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff is professional and always ready to assist with any request. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and well-located place to stay in Baku!

We never felt confortable in this hotel! The driver who took care of the transfert from the airport to the hotel suggested us to change the currency in a petrol station on the way with the worst rate ever. At the reception we were nearly forced to pay for an upgrade just to get a regular room (without any bedside lamp...) and to have dinner in a restaurant owned by some of their friend, where nothing on the menù was available..when we complained about it, we didn't even get any apologies. Breakfast was very basic, with no sweets at all. Finally they didnt give us any receipt of the payment and even cancelled our reservation on booking.com. Never again!
