Amazing Service, Even at Midnight! I arrived at the hotel around midnight, and I was honestly expecting the usual late night indifference. But I was pleasantly surprised. The staff on duty was incredibly warm and welcoming, which made a big difference after a long trip. That kind of kindness at that hour isn’t something you see often. The room itself was nothing fancy, just a basic booking, but it was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. I also requested a late checkout, which they happily accommodated without any fuss. What really impressed me was the service after I left. I realized I’d forgotten an item in the room and emailed them about it. They not only found it but shipped it back to me promptly. That level of care and follow-through really stood out. Overall, the hospitality here was excellent from start to finish. Would definitely stay again!

Highly recommended, after I came to the counter and give me card for the room. Instead my room door doesn’t open in operation. So I came back to the counter, Jeremy has a good passion and very helpful for getting room sort out and transfer to upgrade room. My misses is very happy for her birthday gift holiday stay. Really appreciate it. Jeremy has a lot of experience give customers an happiness. Great legend!

For such an old hotel it's stunning... enjoyed my room the bar and the restaurant and thanks to concierge and front reception. Haven't been since the renovations and it's stunning.. Executive lounge was incredible food was amazing ... can't wait to stay again .
