Parnell Inn

We were initially worried with the low ratings we saw, but we still booked it anyway because it is at the location we need. Turn out the rooms were beautiful, large clean and convenient. One has the ocean view. Superb location, close to all the nice eating places. And staffs have been very supportive, they even upgraded our room for free!

I needed to be in Parnell. The rooms were a bit dated, and too warm (in summer). But for the bidget pricing the location is great, and the staff person was very helpful. If you book early you may get free parking included. Location really the best in very upmarket street with a very wide variety of restaurants across the street, or one at the hotel.

I stayed here for a couple of nights. The second day, the cleaner didn’t come and I needed a new towel and toilet papers but there was nobody at the reception. I tried to call the number on the desk. He never answered. We ended up buying own toilet papers. There is no AC and our room got the sun all the time. I thought I was gonna get heat stroke…
