Absolutely beautiful place and surroundings. The views are absolutely amazing. The hotel was lovely, only thing was rooms don't have AC but you can hire a fan. The food was lovely every time. Staff were friendly and worked extremely hard to accommodate everyone. One of the staff, Issac made an appearance every now and then throughout the day to play some good music, he entertained us with his dance moves whilst we lounged around the pool, he kept some of the children occupied by playing ping-pong and different games. The adults were laughing and smiling at his trick shots and dance moves. Was a lovely experience.
Not the most modern updated facility but met out expectations on most part. 3 pools with one on rooftop only for nudists which I found a bit strange because it’s of limits for non nudists. Very ordinary breakfast in British style. Great garden to enjoy. 1,3 km to the center of Puerto de la Cruz.
Fantastic budget-4 star hotel. Staff are friendly and the breakfast was of a decent quality (understandable for the price). The elevators in second building (not sure if the primary building is the same) have a lot of character due to their age! The only downside is the location of the hotel, that being said they do offer shuttles into Puerto de la Cruz.
