Good hotel clean rooms. If you order food be prepared for a wait. Location is very much in the center comes with a lot of traffic as well. Otherwise a good stay

Things not working, restaurant was a mess, took a very long time for food to come and then it was questionable. Front staff couldn't even help us find a nearby massage place, nor put us in rooms on the same floor, even though they were vacant. Rooms were noisy from the streets & hot water not working. They seemed to try their best though.

DON'T GO HERE I'm an experienced traveller. This has to be the worst hotel I've ever been in. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway, which sucks if you're about to start a safari. I would advise you to either ask your operator to look for another place or to book through a different company entirely because this is not how you want to start an amazing trip after probably travelling for quite some time. The shower doesn't drain well, so there's water everywhere. They also book full classes of children on one floor which obviously results in a really bad experience. There's plenty more options in a safari city. Maybe look outside of the city center when you're only here for one night before you move on to the wonderful parks Tanzania has to offer. The staff at the reception is nice but they are not able to make people be silent. It's absolutely horrible. Shower goes from HOT to lukewarm continuously without touching it. Cars honking all night, the area does not feel safe as well (but maybe that's because it's low season and I'm travelling solo). Also there are clubs outside that play loud music all night, until 6 in the morning (this was on a Friday so that might be different in other days, I'm not sure)
