They will charge you for everything including garbage bags since you need to clean the apartment prior to leaving, regardless of paying a cleaning fee. If you are looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay , then skipping this “resort” is your best option. The receptionists are rarely present to provide assistance. Considering my previous experiences with other resorts across Europe , this has been the most unpleasant due to the receptionists behavior and would have rather spent my money elsewhere.

Bad reception and customer service, the receptionist katolina was asking for my card information through email prior to me reaching the resort given the fact I already paid for the stay through booking website. Thankfully, booking website forbade me from providing my card information privately. Further more , she asked us to clean out the whole apartment even though we payed a cleaning fee in accordance to the resort policy . As we were checking out she asked us to take out the last garbage bag even though the apartment was completely spotless . In this case , the word “luxury “ should be taken out of their title as there is nothing luxury about this behavior and service . However , this interaction was extremely discriminatory even prior to reaching the country. If you would like to gamble with your vacation please do visit this resort .
