Pasadena Hotel & Pool

Very nice, clean hotel. The room was a little on the small side but comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice bar that is open in the evenings with a decent selection and friendly bartenders. Ample parking in the garage. There's a small eatery next door that has great breakfast burritos. The area around the hotel is very walkable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I recently used the Pasadena Hotel and Pool to host a five day professional development event for a group of 40 and cannot recommend them enough. Kathy and the sales team were fantastic - super responsive and accommodating of all our needs before, during, and after our event. Andrew and the catering staff delivered wonderful meals for each of our breakfasts and session snack breaks and the servers were all attentive, helpful, and kind. Every need was met and then some - the staff was incredibly responsive while we were on site and was even able to provide umbrellas for our group when we had some unexpected rain during our meeting days. The location was wonderful - walking distance to anything you would need and about 10 minutes walking from Caltech's campus. We will absolutely be back to the hotel the next time we host in Pasadena.

First time visiting this remodeled hotel and I must say I was very impressed when walking into the lobby. Inside took a step back in time with an old 20's style vibe but yet modern look to it. The front desk staff were friendly, polite, and helpful to all our questions. We mostly spent our time in the pool area, the outside was clean spacious and had plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and places to layout. Drinks and food are served at noon as the location sets up a portable bar outside with plenty of food and drink selection. You can pay with cash, card, or just tap and menu is on a QR code located at the bar. Overall good stay for the weekend if your looking for a calm and friendly location to get away for some R & R or just take a dip.
