Pasaport Pier Istanbul

It was in a great location. Aslo Cetin bey was very friendly and happy. I recommend it, a good value for the price.

The location is central. The room is warm and the local staff are helpful. The bathroom shower isn’t working properly but it was fine. The water dropped out of the shower no real isolation or blockage. My stay was good, this little issues wasn’t a big deal. Clean and responsive staff. Price is good for small bedroom for two.

I have visited Istanbul several times and this so-called hotel was the worst experience I've ever had for an accommodation. It seems that this place wants to cut corners in every possible way. The most terrible part was the old bed on which I could not sleep at all and eventually had to sleep on the floor. The WiFi was not working either. The shower room was outside the room (This had not been mentioned before thr booking) . On top of that, the staff were particularly unfriendly. Upon checkout in the morning, the reception guy was in such a bad mood that kept mumbling all the time. You have to drag all your luggage to the upper floors by yourself (and of course there is no help from the grumpy staff). Do yourself a favour and stay away from this place. İstanbul has many decent accommodation options.
