It's a nice hotel in general: a bit overpriced imho, and rather 3*** than 4, but is still good. The location is superb: next to the San Bernardo trains and just in front of the great park and Plaza de España. There's a supermarket nearby and good coffee is available in the bar at more reasonable price than the room service card offers. I wish they train their staff better, so those are more involved, interactive and show interest in guests. I wasn't either advised on a place to eat or offered a breakfast, which I spotted looked good btw.

I recently stayed 3 nights at Hotel Pasarela and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location is great—close to everything I needed—and the breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a decent variety and quality. However, there were several downsides to my stay. The room was quite outdated, with old furniture that could really use some refreshing. The walls were not soundproof at all—I could clearly hear conversations and noises from the neighboring rooms, which made it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, there was an unpleasant sewage-like smell coming from the bathroom that didn’t go away during my stay. Overall, while the location and breakfast were good, the comfort and condition of the room left a lot to be desired. With some updates and better maintenance, this could be a much better place to stay.

Worst 4 star hotel ever in Spain or Europe ever been. Room is tiny and no sound proof at all. You can hear whispering next door. The most dangerous part is the shower. The screen is too loose. You will fall for sure if you lean on it. Missing some essentials I.e. coffee maker, kettle, or tissues. Offering parking but not at the same location.
