Paseo Suites Hotel

Clean, huge rooms on the ground floor to sleep at least 4. We booked for the Mad Cool Festival and walked back two out of the three nights. Underground parking is available at 15€ per day

This place was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but it felt more like a basic apartment. There was no restaurant on-site, which was really inconvenient, and it’s located quite far from any shopping centers or main attractions. It definitely didn’t meet my expectations, especially considering the price. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a true hotel experience. There was no 24 hours reception. We booked 3 nights and left after 1 night of stay.

My stay at Pasio Suits was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I felt more like I was entering a police station than a hotel — no smiles, no greetings, no sense of hospitality at all. The front office staff were cold, unwelcoming, and completely unhelpful throughout my stay. Customer service is practically non-existent. I had to change my reservation dates, and instead of any understanding or flexibility, I was met with unreasonable extra charges. On top of that, I’ve been asking for an invoice for my stay for the past two days, and they keep delaying or avoiding the request. It really makes me question what exactly they’re trying to hide. The room itself was in terrible condition. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority — the bed sheets had visible stain marks, the towels were old and worn out, and the general hygiene standards were way below acceptable levels. Overall, it felt like the only thing this hotel cares about is money, certainly not their guests. If the owner wants to improve anything, they should seriously consider investing in proper front desk staff and training. Basic courtesy and cleanliness should not be too much to ask from any hotel. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was poor enough to warrant one. I would not recommend Pasio Suits to anyone.
