Amazing experience and awesome hotel... we just come back from a weekend in Belgrade and was awesome... big part of it was the amazing team this hotel has, specially Ivana on the reception and the super nice breakfast girl ( didn't got her name) . you both made our Belgrade experience a memorable one... thank you so much for everything and will definitely recommend your hotel as reference to my network in Amsterdam , when someone is traveling to Belgrade. хвала вам пуно Ivana

I broke my leg in front of the toilet where we were supposed to have breakfast. The leg was broken due to slippery floor with no sign that the floor is wet. The floor was not only wet, but probably they cleaned it with some detergent that was more than slippery. The leg is under medical surgery. There was no care from the hotel, nor apology. Totaly dissapointing.

I was unlucky enough to book an appartement for three nights (NON SMOKING). As soon as I entered the appartement it smelled like an ashtray, it was absolutely disgusting. It was late so I unfortunately had to spend one night in this disgusting place. Initially the owner told us its not their problem and were just going to have to deal with it. After contacting booking.com they agreed to conpensate us for the remaining two nights. We booked a new hotel. Later they informed us that were out of luck and we wont be getting any refund at all. Disgusting hotel, lying, cheating disgusting owners. Never go here!
