We had an amazing stay in the Club Family Suite — perfect for both comfort and space. A big thank you to Nadia, who made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived, and to the wonderful team in the Club Lounge, who went above and beyond every day. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful — not just for us, but for our kids too, which made a huge difference. The Club Lounge was a real highlight: great offerings throughout the day, a relaxing atmosphere, and staff who truly care. We left with great memories and would definitely return. Highly recommended for families looking for that extra level of comfort and hospitality!

We stayed 7 nights here. We got the family room two bedroom. The rooms were really nice, and we got free butler service which were awesome to book tours and just general help around Bangkok and things to do. Gym is probs best hotel gym I've had. The highlight was the club lounge which was free with the room we booked. Loved the service

Overall 4.5. The good: 1. Great location as it is connected to the mall. 2. Breakfast - great selection. Everything is fresh and different dishes were presented everyday. The not so good: 1. Room condition - bit of wear and tear, and mould in the toilet maybe due to high humidity. 2. Gym not 24 hours The bad: 1. Trade off from the prime location, the traffic noise is horrible. Take this into consideration if you’re a light sleeper. Overall, good for value, good for family.
