Patio Elba Boutique Hotel

Absolutely Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an incredible experience at this boutique hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even offered me an early check-in, which was a much-appreciated bonus after a long morning of travel. The suite was impressively spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean — it felt more like a luxury apartment than a typical hotel room. The amenities were top-notch: I spent the afternoon lounging by the pool and ended the day with a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Everything was well-maintained and easy to access. Another small but thoughtful touch: the hotel offered snacks and drinks that were both affordable and conveniently located. It was so nice not to have to run out every time I wanted a quick bite or a cold drink. What truly made the stay stand out was the hospitality. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable, offering great local recommendations for restaurants and activities that really enhanced my visit. If you're looking for a boutique hotel with comfort, style, and personalized service, this is it. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

I cannot rave enough about Patio Elba. My experience coming to PR was rough but this fantastic 2 night emergency stay made it all worth it. From missing a flight to our original housing booking having NO communication, we were urgent to look for a NICE place to stay. Patio Elba was a few minutes drive from San Juan, (our original place of residence for the week), but not bad. My family and I stayed in the two bedroom suite, we particularly loved the cleanliness of the room. Very modern, minimalistic, clean, cold and dry. The air is super clean within the rooms as well, it is literally like a breath of fresh air. The beds are low to the ground so although it’s hot outside, I was still able to comfortably lay under the blanket fully due to the cold atmosphere of the entire room. Patio Elba also has a cold pool and a hot tub right as you walk in past the gate and up the slight ramp. The hot tub gets super hot and the regular pool is perfect temperature for warm weather. The staff is also SO welcoming. I would say the ONLY inconvenient thing about this place is the location, you have to uber or taxi to most places that aren’t local, (which is most), so if you are visiting long term and this is your entire reservation; consider the travel costs in your vacation. Other than the location, everything is SO WORTH IT. From the communication to the cleanliness of the rooms, it was a complete 10/10. I cannot stress this luxurious stay enough, thank you Patio Elba!!!

This place is a diamond in the rough. Great place to stay if you want good service at a reasonable price. Rooms are extremely clean and everything works. The swimming pool is small but coming back from a walk or sigjt seeing in Old San Juan you can take a quick dip. There is a real nice hot tub. The area might seem a bit sketchy but everyone in that area is super nice. Bars and restaurants walking distance. The hotel does not offer food or drink. You will not be disappointed.
