I’ve visited Thailand before, but this has easily been the best hotel experience I’ve had at so far. From the unbeatable location to the warm and welcoming staff, everything exceeded my expectations. And the breakfast absolutely worth waking up for. Location wise, it’s perfect. Everything you could possibly need is just a short walk away. no taxis required for near by. From massage places just 2 minutes, local food joints all along the walk. shopping mall just 5 minutes walk and even Bangla Road and the beach are only about 10 minutes on foot.. 5* to the staff. I had an amazing stay at Patong Heritage Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket, especially those who value comfort, great amenities, and top-notch hospitality. The pool facilities were a standout — clean, beautifully maintained, and perfect for both relaxation and a refreshing swim. Whether you’re lounging poolside with a drink or taking a dip after a day at the beach, the vibe is peaceful and rejuvenating. Breakfast was another highlight. The spread was impressive with a well-curated continental menu and fresh, hot items catering to a wide range of preferences. The coffee table setup added a premium touch — perfect for a slow, relaxing morning. Whether you prefer strong espresso or a light cappuccino, they’ve got you covered. The room service was prompt and professional. Meals were delivered fresh, and the staff were polite and attentive every time. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I was especially pleased with the washroom — spotless, modern, and well-stocked with essentials. A thoughtful touch: each room has a designated smoking zone, usually a private balcony, which is a plus for those who need it without disturbing the indoor space. Overall, Patong Heritage strikes a great balance between elegance and comfort. If you’re looking for a resort with excellent facilities, great food, amazing location and a relaxed atmosphere, this is definitely a top choice in Patong. 5 minutes walk from Bangla road(most happening place of all Phuket) and a greatest shopping place The Jungcyelion. There are lot of bike rents and exchange shop nearby as well as a 7/11 chain just in front of the hotel.

I had a very disappointing stay at Patong Heritage Hotel. My room was dirty on arrival. I even found a used condom under the bed, which was absolutely unacceptable. There was a strong musty smell in the room, and everything felt old, dusty, and poorly maintained. The rooms are nothing like the bright, modern photos you see online; in reality, they are dark and outdated. The only positives were the central location, which is close to the beach and restaurants, and the breakfast, which offered a good variety. Otherwise, I cannot recommend this hotel due to the lack of cleanliness and the misleading photos.
