Pattaya Park Beach Resort

Ok… so, this place is meant for locals. Don’t go here expecting “hotel service”. It’s good FOR WHAT IT IS. The room was tidy and very clean, the location fine if you are with your family. The waterpark needs lots of work to get it to an international standard… but, again… it is not for fancy foreigners. Breakfast is very average… but it’s included with the room… so, it works. Rooms service took 40 mins to deliver me beer and no one speaks English on the phone. Look, I had a fine time there for the money spent - it was a nice enough room but you are also not paying $150 a night. Expect what you pay for and you will be ok. Oh, booking is a nightmare as for some reason they don’t have an online system but communicate (very poorly and slowly) over line. My Thai wife gave up and we booked by Booking.com which has not been updated for years as we got covid isolation messages sent from the platform.

Only one strong point is good to access to the water park and sea. The others are not good; difficult to find the parking slot, old facilities, damaged floor and bathtub in a guest room, and the receptionist isn't polite.

The worest place on earth. Very smelly lobby with rude receptionists and staff. Very old and unsafe elevators. The rooms are soooo old and smelly. The beds were awful and dusty with uncleaned bed sheets and the worst mattress ever. My advice is that sleep at the street is better to waste money here.
