A very nice studio apartment with a balcony, located on the third floor of an apartment building not far from the Arezzo train station. The location is strategic for those traveling by train, and the historic center is just a short walk away (a 15-minute walk to Piazza Grande). Furthermore, the proximity to the train station makes it convenient for excursions to other popular destinations in the surrounding area. The manager is attentive to the needs of his guests, and communication was effective.
