⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Outstanding Service & Perfect Stay! Will Definitely Return! We stayed at this hotel for 6 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is perfect—central, convenient, and close to everything we needed. Every day we came back from our adventures to a spotless, well-kept room. Towels and essentials were always replaced, and everything felt fresh and cared for. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service from the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported throughout our visit. ✨ A special thank you to Thị Hậu, the kind and attentive waitress who served us at the breakfast buffet every morning. She always greeted us with a warm smile and remembered us each day. Her hospitality made our mornings feel personal and homey, and she made sure we always had what we needed. The buffet itself was delicious, with a great selection of fresh and local options. 💫 We also want to give a heartfelt shout-out to Hoàng Hà and Khánh Vy at the front desk. These two amazing receptionists were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. On our last day, when we were struggling to pack and needed tape and boxes, they went out of their way to help us find materials to secure our luggage. They even made sure we had a scale to check that all of our bags met Vietnam Airlines’ weight requirements. Their genuine kindness, patience, and beautiful energy made such a difference. From check-in to check-out, we felt well taken care of and truly welcomed. The staff here are not only professional but also warm, friendly, and thoughtful—something that made our family feel right at home. This hotel exceeded all expectations. It was an amazing experience at Hotel Pavilion. We stayed there for 4 days, and every staff member was very helpful and supportive. As pure vegetarians, we truly appreciated how well they took care of our needs, especially at breakfast with plenty of vegetarian options. The service was superb, and everything was very clean and hygienic. I would personally recommend staying here! A special thanks to VY for her support and help – it meant a lot to me.

Fantastic stay! The hotel is just a short walk from the beach, which makes it perfect for evening strolls or a quick dip in the sea. The rooftop pool is a highlight — great views and a refreshing spot to relax. It’s close to major attractions and only a short drive from the airport. The staff were kind enough to prepare vegetarian options for breakfast, and the hotel is very kid-friendly too. Overall, a great choice for both families and solo travelers — everything you need is just around the corner!
