Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur Managed by Banyan Tree

recently stayed at Pavilion Hotel Kuala Lumpur and had a really pleasant experience. The location is unbeatable – right in the heart of Bukit Bintang and directly connected to Pavilion Mall, which made shopping and dining super convenient. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a nice city view. I especially appreciated the little touches like the well-stocked toiletries and comfy bed. The staff were polite and helpful throughout my stay – check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. The breakfast spread was decent, though I think there’s still a bit of room for improvement in terms of variety. That said, the overall service and ambiance more than made up for it.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing hotel! Fantastic location right above a huge shopping mall with an excellent food court,catering for all tastes.The hotel breakfast was outstanding a lot of variety and choice. The service was above and beyond, staff couldn't do enough for you. The rooms were clean and to a high standard. Loved every minute of our stay, would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room is comfortable and cold. Hotel corridor is scented..nice and calming smell. Our room face a building still under renovation but not too noisy. Due to in city center, can still hear motorbike sound at nite/midnight. Toilet is separate shower and toilet bowl. In room have fridge and wine glass inclusive. Toiletries is full equipped as well. Reception at level 8 and separated from pavillion mall lifts. Prime location for city center as u can either walk or take monorail. Swimming area have sauna with full toiletries as well. But pool faced morning and noon sun
