During our four-day stay in room 112 with my daughter, we found the experience to be exceptionally pleasant and relaxing. The restaurant staff provided outstanding service, demonstrating a level of professionalism and hospitality that is among the best we have encountered. The front desk staff were also very accommodating, and parking was conveniently accessible. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. We plan to return for future stays.
Food was great, both the lamb shank and the pork ribs fell off the bone. Great ambience. The rooms were big, one bed was a queen and one was single when we only needed twin beds. Heating was probably overly warm but can open the windows and can't complain when it is minus 6 when the heating is "too hot"!
A sad turn of events landed me to go to Canberra for 3 days. Going through my Qantas App, I came across this hotel. My suite was clean, spacious but a bit tired. One of the lounges had a big slash through the cushion. However, the Spa and the comfortable bed made up for it. I will bring the family here to stay for sure. The buffet breakfast was stock standard with its options but fresh and delicious. I will come back to stay at this hotel and I will try the restaurant/bar for dinner.
