BE AWARE!! Hotel is NOT SAFE. By the way it’s not even a hotel concept. The most important that we have been robbed while we’re away for dinner. The security on duty denied to call the police (video recorded)The door was not broken and cameras did not show anyone entering the “hotel” property from outside. The manager confirmed ( audio recorded) that this is not the first robbery. It is beyond the obvious that it’s apparently common practice as an “inside job” fully covered by the property staff! They denied to proceed with insurance arguing that we should provide all the receipts for the stolen items (?!?) who on earth keeps the receipts for all the things we are buying, this is ridiculous! We regret that we prolonged our stay BEFORE the robbery took place, only if we knew this was unsafe we would run away to a decent property! SAFETY COMES FIRST! Unfortunately police came but did not do the proper criminal procedure, with an excuse that there are dozens of similar robberies in St.Tropez on daily basis. We are now in process of filling a law suit against the property

WARNING! UNSAFE HOTEL! Inside job for robbery. We were stolen many belonging from room (the door was not broken). The security guy "was asleep" and denied to call the police. The cameras did not show any intrusion. Management is either covering it or a acomplice to the robbery. And its not for the first time!

Extremely disappointing treatment after years of loyalty We have been returning to this property for many years, several times a year, always with our small dog, which has never been a problem. However, during our most recent stay, we were informed by a new manager Christelle that we are no longer welcome for our upcoming reservation in August, simply because of our dog. This was said without any prior notice, even though our August booking was already confirmed. To make matters worse, we are currently in the middle of our travels and were told, quite literally, that we would have to find alternative accommodation elsewhere. No apology, no effort to help, just an abrupt dismissal. This kind of behavior is not only completely unprofessional, it’s also incredibly disrespectful to loyal guests who have supported this place for years. We are absolutely shocked by the way we were treated by Christelle. No one deserves to be kicked out on short notice like this, especially not regular, respectful guests. We will never return and strongly advise others to think twice before booking here. If this is how they treat long-term customers, imagine how they treat new ones.
