😊 What an amazing and comfortable place — peaceful, tranquil, and just what we needed for a proper break. If you’re planning a holiday in Marrakesh and want to avoid the noise and chaos of the city, this hotel is a perfect retreat. We stayed in one of the suites, and it was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed. It had everything we needed and more — the kind of place that instantly makes you feel relaxed. Tarik was an incredible host. Nothing was too much trouble, and he looked after us from the moment we arrived. Proper five-star treatment the whole way through. One tip: book local restaurants in advance. The ones nearby don’t tend to accommodate walk-ins, even when they’re half-empty. Honestly, if you’re heading to Marrakesh and want somewhere calm, classy, and welcoming — this is it.
One of the best resort I've stayed in during my many trips to Marrakech service is excellent, breakfast was delicious and the cleaners / staff were so friendly and welcoming ( special thanks to Mariam 🙏) and on top with excellent sized rooms highly recommend it
The scenery and views from the room, the pool area, and the overall aesthetic of the hotel were truly beautiful – it had a lovely, authentic Moroccan feel. Unfortunately, almost everything else about our stay was disappointing. There was a significant language barrier with staff, and although we had confirmed early check-in when booking, we ended up waiting nearly four hours for our room. The hotel only offers breakfast – there is no on-site restaurant for lunch or dinner. Thankfully, there are two restaurants within a 5-minute walk, but I’d recommend making a reservation in advance, as nearby hotels also rely on them and they get busy. The hotel is conveniently located just 15–20 minutes from the center of Marrakech, which was ideal for getting around. However, we experienced ongoing issues with the room key card not working and had to keep returning to reception to get it reactivated. No complimentary water bottles were provided during room cleaning – they were available but for an extra charge. Service by the pool was non-existent. Over the course of a week, only twice did someone come out to ask if we needed anything. Basic customer service was severely lacking. Half of the hotel appeared to still be under construction, which was not mentioned beforehand. Wi-Fi didn’t work at the pool and was unreliable in the room. The TV also didn’t function unless you logged into your own Netflix, Amazon Prime, or YouTube accounts. There were a few positives: we forgot plug adapters, and a kind receptionist arranged for someone to bring us some. Also, our laundry was done free of charge – though this was a misunderstanding due to the language barrier, as we had arranged it through a third-party company and the hotel ended up handling it. Overall, while the look and location of the hotel were great, the service and amenities did not live up to expectations. 2.5* at the most.
