Pałac Bielawa

Very friendlu staff. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. A bit dated and with use marks but clean. Nice pool/gym and a good restaurant. Relatively close to city centre and just next to a bus stop. Recommend booking directly through the hotel. It is a very old building and to get to some rooms you need to climb several flights of stairs. So if you have any mobility issues then the staff can recommend rooms during the booking process. Overall well worth the price.

I'm sure this place used to be something. Today it's still quite nice, a bit tired though. Staff accommodating. 3 stars given almost gave 2 but want to be generous, as a place that advertises itself as a palace & spa should clearly and upfront inform guests that its pool and gym facilities are open to the general public. So if you wanna take a dip in the pool as a guest paying almost 400 a night minimum get ready to share it with someone off the street....anyone. This is not ok. More appropriate name for the place would be public gym and spa. Feel free to sleep here too if you wish.

Nice building, unfortunately it is not well maintenanced. Most of the staff are students. Yes I support it, but not in this hotel class. Eggs were always undercooked. Breakfast not preparee from 7AM as was promoted.
