This is an awesome place! Historical big building restructured as a nice, modern hotel. Rooms are big and comfortable, food is simply amazing!!! It is in a peaceful area (4 stars just because it is more or less in the middle of nowhere) but if you are looking to a quiet and silent place, that's your place! At night you can also hear very far the bell of the church, seems to be back in time... Only 2 things missing: a SPA as wonderful as the restaurant (breakfast also was excellent), and a lift (there are stairs everywhere but this is not good if you are in a wheelchair). Overall top experience!!
Absolutely jaw dropping to find such a unique place in the country in Poland. The rooms are beautiful and food is truly Michelline class. I cannot describe just how incredible the smallest of details are given so much consideration. I am enraptured with this place. Palace Pakoslaw is a treasured experience I will never forget
I was on an educational program, and part of a large group staying at the Palac Pakoslaw. The Building used to be an actual palace, and it has a wonderful circular reception room, which has the same dimensions as the forever-house I'm designing for my self-build, to begin in the next year or so. It gave me a wonderful perspective of what to expect, and I loved it. However (emphasis added), I was expecting much better food than what was offered. This may have been because I was in a group, and it may have been agreed by the event organisers and the hotel to offer a certain type of food. Irrespective of this, we were all (with the exception of one or two) provided with salads for breakfast, an evening dinner menu for lunch, and only salads for the evening. And, with the exception of one occasion, the lunch (which was actually dinner) was mostly, what could only be referred to as, peasant food. So, not a great food experience, especially since this is supposed to be a four star hotel ... And, a palace at that...!! Cleaning wasn't regular, unless asked for. However, the staff were helpful and polite. Hope it changes ....
