Pałacyk Otrebusy

The visit was exceptional! As I was travelling on business, I was unfortunately only able to use the wellness facilities in the evening. However, I had an experience that perfectly describes the service. Due to my work, I forgot the time and was in the restaurant shortly after 10 pm, unfortunately the kitchen was already closed. However, the employee organised dinner for me and it was warm too, I was only expecting a salad or something small and cold as it was my fault for arriving at the restaurant after opening time! The food is excellent, one main course is actually enough, the starters are relatively large and are enough for a medium appetite. As soon as I have business in the neighbourhood again, the Palace will definitely be my first choice!

I haven't use the venue other than spa facilities: pool, salt chamber, restaurant and beautiful park, all that was amazing. We got what we came there for. If in Warsaw and Poland again - will try to visit again. Immaculate service and so inviting and friendly.

Took a little romantic trip away for one night, great deal With couples massage, dinner and room included. The staff were courteous and polite. Loved the pool facilities also. The rooms were huge, luxurious and clean. Though as others have mentioned- very warm with no temperature control. There were a few Christmas parties in the hotel too which you could hear but not terrible. The strangest part however was at dinner, they only played 3 songs on a loop which was very distracting. Overall a great stay and would definitely recommend for a night or two!
