Exceptional Buffet & Beautiful Ambience! Had the pleasure of enjoying the buffet at Pearl Continental Muzaffarabad and it was an outstanding experience! The food was fresh, flavorful, and offered a wide variety—from traditional Pakistani dishes to delicious international options. The service was prompt and courteous, and the staff made sure everything was well taken care of. The view from the dining area was simply breathtaking, overlooking the serene hills and river. A perfect place to dine with family or friends. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Muzaffarabad!
Absolutely loved my stay at the PC Hotel Muzaffarabad. Located at the highest point over a hill looking after the whole valley, this hotel is undoubtedly one of the one of the most scenic and luxurious hotel in Pakistan. The deluxe suite room had the best views of the valley. I don’t think that I will be skipping another opportunity to stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff was helpful, courteous and simply professional. However, the breakfast at the Marco Polo restaurant has some room for improvement. There were limited items in the buffet and some of them ran out even before close of the buffet. Though the coffee and the cheese omelette made up to those shortcomings. Also please look into the air conditioning system in the rooms as I felt it lacked intensity and add some regular power sockets for convenience. Having said that the panoramic view of the valley from their helipad is simply magical. I simply can’t wait to get back to this magical property once again. 😊😊
PC in Muzaffarabad helps maintain the prestige associated with this hotel chain. A wonderful experience all over. I would highly recommend the Executive king room with the balcony. The food was top quality. The servers were amazing but I would say the load on the staff might be too much especially in the dinning area. Multiple times I had to track down a waiter to place an order. I would like to personally shout out Shoaib at the reception for being a gentlemen. He was very cooperative and helpful with all my needs. And if the amenities aren’t enough the view alone seals the deal. 10/10 would come again
