The hotel is nice, great food, nice environment. They could improve on the view. The rooms are affordable. They have comfy beds, with a television. Nice lighting. They could add more charging sockets next to the bed and add electric kettles, purposely for these cold nights Overall, if you are on a budget, this is definitely the place to go, for as low as 3,500 per night.
