I had an amazing stay at Pearl River hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff provided exceptional service, always attentive and professional. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast selection. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and spa, were top-notch. Overall, a truly luxurious experience—I highly recommend it!
I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and absolutely loved it 😊. My first day here at the hotel we met with a lovely front desk manager Huyen, who was always friendly and helpful 👍 she recommended a few places for us to explore in Hai Phong and wrote it all down on a notepad 🗒️ for us. Upon checking out at 12pm, she realized our flight was at 3:20pm and offered our room key back to us to wait in our room till 1pm 🥹 which was very sweet of her. Customer service like this needs to be in every 5 star hotel 👏👏👏 The highlight of this hotel was defiantly the POOL, JACUZZI AND SAUNA 😍. The pool was so clean and was so aesthetically pleasing as well 😊. I highly recommend this hotel 😊 and would definitely come back here if I ever visit HAI PHONG AGAIN 😊.
An old school but clean and nicely renovated hotel. Toto sink, toilet and faucets. Rooms are clean, there’s a nice swimming pool and an okay fitness center. Breakfast is clean and nice with not a lot of selection but appropriate for business visit. Overall it’s great.
